Affects head, chest, and circulation. Feels like the bridge of the nose is pinched. Useful for torticollis and rheumatic neck symptoms. Treats tuberculosis in light-skinned people, both in early and established chest cases with severe coldness. Encourages talkativeness and speech-making.

Head: Right-sided pain extending to the jaw; head feels enlarged; worsens with noise. Painful scalp. Sleeplessness. Red, circumscribed cheeks; scalp feels sore, hair feels like it’s standing on end; burning in palms and soles. Pinched feeling at the bridge of the nose.

Chest: Sensation of heat, bubbling, and boiling around the heart, rising to the head.

Back: Chilliness between the shoulder blades; pain and stiffness. Neck drawn to one side during sore throat. Rheumatism (spondylosis) of the neck. Neck stiffness. Pain in the nape, as if dislocated.
