Extremities: Lancinating pain in joints; worse in feet and hands. Sudden pain in the ball of the right thumb (gout), extending up the arm to the shoulder. Pain in the ball of the right foot, extending to the knee. Shingles with radiating pains. Dropsy of the knee joint.
