Stomach: Characterized by hiccough followed by heavy vomiting, nausea and vomiting triggered by drinking, and a burning sensation in the throat. Causes severe thirst and frequent vomiting. Produces heat and burning in the stomach with cramp-like pains in the upper abdomen (gastritis).
Abdomen: The abdomen becomes distended and produces gurgling noises. Pain occurs in the hypochondria, liver region, and under the right scapula, spreading to the shoulder. There is a strong urge to urinate.
Stool: Causes sudden, profuse, watery stools resembling rice water. Diarrhea occurs with forced discharge and loud abdominal noises, along with coldness, cramps, nausea, and vomiting (cholera).
Extremities: Leads to cramps in muscles, especially in the calves, legs, and feet, and causes coldness throughout the body. There is pain in the ankles, feet, and toes, with sensitive heels.
Modalities: Improvement by placing hands in cold water.
