Mind: Imaginary foul smells. Feels too large. Talkative, prattling, lively.

Head: Sensation of scalp contraction and bones being scraped. Soreness on top of the head; can’t brush hair. Headaches like pulling a string from the eyes to the occiput. Occipital headache with a sensation of weight. Head feels large and expanded. Sensitive scalp. Numbness on the left side of the head.
